What actually happened was I went to the gym and ended up doing an hour solid on the treadmill, something I've never dome on my life before.
I'm actualy quite pleased with my progress in my attempt to lose weight, I think I'm pushing the two stone target I set myself. Plus with the weights and early morning swimming 3 times a week, I think it's toning me rather than just making me thinner.
Anyway, no gym tonight, definitely putting that first coat of paint on
the hallway.
Have also discovered "twitter" which I may try to keep up to date also.
