I'm back..
..3 weeks off and I'm back in Cumbria.. Joy of Joys. (Please note the sarcasm)
Back to work and doing my best to keep a low profile.
In all honesty I'm sick of this place. My self and Vic have been in full on discussion about me relocating to be with her in Newcastle, to the point we are hoping to go flat hunting in the next few weeks. So I am in full "Find a new Job" mode.
It's not that I don't like my job , far from it, I find my job very rewarding, My boss is top notch and committed to helping me further my career as an Engineer. It's the area I am not too enamoured with. It's a bit out of the way.
To get to any relative civilization I have to take a 40mile trip north to a motorway.. then an onward trip to wherever I want to go.
Now being given the opportunity to travel to Newcastle and start afresh with Vic is far too much a great opportunity to miss.
But first step is to find the job.
As for my resolutions, keeping to them, eating healthier, not been drinking any booze, lots of water, orange and general fruit and veg.. not feeling many symptoms of withdrawl.. just a bit drained on occasion.
Played some five-a-side as usual for a tuesday, then watched my team, Liverpool, get destroyed at home 6-3 by Arsenal in the Carling Cup Quarters... bah.. out of 2 cups in 4 days...
Ah well... back to work tomorrow!
